Reasons people write to us:
- A number that no longer matches the live listing. Prices move with the season and the option picked, so if what we show and what the operator charges have drifted apart, say so and the page gets corrected.
- A tour that has stopped running, stopped taking bookings, or changed what the ticket includes. Flag it and the listing gets updated or comes off the page fast.
- Any detail stated wrongly: where a farm walk starts in Holualoa or Captain Cook, how long it runs, its rating, or a piece of Kona coffee history we muddled.
- A coffee farm tour we have overlooked. If you run one between Holualoa and Honaunau with a live, bookable listing and public review figures, send the link and it gets the same read as the other thirteen. Inclusion costs nothing, and so does every position on the page.
- Something the FAQ and the farm guides both leave unanswered.
Where this page hits its limit
We do not take payments, reserve seats, reschedule walkers or hand back money. Your confirmation email is the useful document: it holds the reference, the meeting point details and a reply route straight to the people running your tour.
